Opening in Spring 2026, the first Ronald McDonald House Family Room program in North Louisiana will be located inside St. Francis Medical Center in Monroe, LA.
This Ronald McDonald House Family Room will provide a free place of respite, support, and comfort for families of babies in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. All services are free to families.
Day Use: Any family with a child in St. Francis may visit the Ronald McDonald Family Room during the day. They can freshen up with a shower, wash a load of laundry, grab a snack, enjoy a hot cup of coffee, and reset and regroup before returning to their baby’s hospital room.
