In 1974, the very first Ronald McDonald House was built with the simple premise that families shouldn’t have to worry about where to stay, how they will feed their family, or feel isolated when their child is in the hospital. We are here to ensure you don’t face this journey alone and can focus on what matters most – your child.
RONALD MCDONALD HOUSE: BAPTIST HEALTH will celebrate its GRAND OPENING on December 2 at 10 AM.
RONALD MCDONALD HOUSE: BAPTIST HEALTH, in Little Rock, AR, is located on the hospital’s second floor. This location helps keep families nearby when their ill or injured child is in one of the hospital’s critical care units. Steps away, within the hospital, families will find a welcoming space and the friendly faces of our compassionate staff and dedicated volunteers.

All services are provided at no cost to families. Ronald McDonald House: Baptist Health, which opens in December 2026, is the first in-hospital Ronald McDonald House in Central Arkansas. The 6,000+ square foot space includes the following amenities:
Even if you aren’t staying with us overnight, if your child is hospitalized or receiving outpatient care at Baptist Health, you are welcome to visit during the day. between 8 AM and 10 PM. No reservation is required.
Registered daytime guests will be welcome to unwind in our common areas, enjoy a refreshing shower, take a short nap, and make use of our complimentary laundry facilities, kitchen, coffee bar, and snacks. You can relax in the living or dining room while your children have fun in the playroom.
Please note that standard health and safety protocols regarding contagious illnesses are in effect. Additionally, all guests must present a valid photo ID at check-in.
