In 1974, the very first Ronald McDonald House was built with the simple premise that families shouldn’t have to worry about where to stay, how they will feed their family, or feel isolated when their child is in the hospital. We are here to ensure you don’t face this journey alone and can focus on what matters most – your child.
RONALD MCDONALD HOUSE FAMILY ROOM: MERCY NORTHWEST, in Rogers, AR, is located on the 3rd floor of Mercy Northwest hospital. This location helps keep families nearby when their ill or injured child is in one of the hospital’s critical care units. Steps away, within the hospital, families will find a welcoming space and the friendly faces of our compassionate staff and dedicated volunteers.
All services are provided at no cost to families. Ronald McDonald House Family Room: Mercy Northwest, which opened in 2013, includes the following amenities:
DAY SERVICES
Even if you aren’t staying with us overnight, if your child is hospitalized or receiving outpatient care at Mercy Northwest, you are welcome to visit during the day between 8:00 am and 9:00 pm. No reservation is required.
Registered daytime guests are welcome to unwind in our common areas, take a refreshing shower, and make use of our complimentary laundry facilities, kitchen, coffee bar, and snacks. You can relax in the living or dining room while your children have fun in the indoor playroom.
Please note that standard health and safety protocols regarding contagious illnesses are in effect. Additionally, all guests must present a valid photo ID at check-in.
Ronald McDonald House Family Room: Mercy Hospital is located on the 3rd floor by following the signs to elevator B, going to the 3rd floor, and following the way-finding signs.
